GG...Good Game
Mission: Games for Good helps to provide mobile video game stands to hospital units free of cost to keep kids entertained during their stay. Whether it’s building a house in Minecraft or racing in Forza, we aim to put a smile on every patient’s face.
Currently, we are working with Denver Health to provide and maintain a video game stand in their inpatient pediatric unit.
We’re a group of friends who have bonded over periodic video game sessions which have too often gone late into the night. Video games have allowed us to strengthen our friendship and allowed us to make new ones. We laughed, we told stories, we smiled.
We thought about how video games could help kids cope in hospital in a time where they can be scared, lonely, or even just bored. We started to draft ideas of what we could do bring video games to kids in hospital and it all started from there.
